Shipping policy

All custom orders require 4-5 weeks to complete. You will receive notification when your build is complete and has been shipped. Make sure you add the email sales@tunedupcustomrods.com to your safe email list to ensure you receive notifications of your shipping progress. 

Any in-stock items will ship the following business day. 

If a custom order and an in-stock order are placed at the same time, in-stock products will ship next business day.

Rods and other items (reels, apparel, etc) will ship in separate packages and may arrive at different times.
