ALL NEW ROD POWER CHART

This ice season, we have added two brand new rods to our line-up, the GTA and the QT2. With these new additions has come questions about just where they fit with our existing rods. We have the answer! We present our ALL NEW ROD POWER CHART. This chart details all the details you need to make the best decisions when purchasing a new rod; action, power, lure weight recommendations, and intended fish species.

As you can see in the chart, the all new QT2 fits right between the Fusion and the Precision. The QT2 is an extra-fast action, light powered rod that is ideal for small spoons and large tungsten jigs. This rod excels at targeting aggressive biting crappie, bluegill, and perch; while also handling surprise walleye.

The new GTA is at home between our Precision and Power. It has a fast action and medium-light power. This rod is perfect for all walleye spoon applications (some Winnipeg walleye spoons excluded). The GTA is excellent as an all around walleye rod.

By referencing our ALL NEW ROD POWER CHART, you can find exactly the rod to fit your specific ice fishing needs and goals.

We were fishing with Captain JJ on Sturgeon Bay and he said they get their whitefish rods from you. We loved the 28 inch Precision rods for detecting the whitefish bite and their backbone for the fight. How would they work for jigging for perch and walleye? What are their costs?
