Orders placed with Tuned Up Custom Rods may be cancelled by the customer prior to the item having shipped and it is not a custom color or a custom order. All cancellation requests must be made through the General Shop Number 612-408-5590 or Sales@Tunedupcustomrods.com You must provide the order # when contacting us via phone or email. If the item/package has shipped, the order may not be cancelled and the customer must follow all rules applicable to returns. Please note that the return of the item/package will be made at the customer’s expense. Cancelled orders may not be reversed. All cancellations are final.
Stock Ice/Open Water Rods
All Stock Ice and Open Water Rods are returnable within 60 days of receiving the rod if it is in new, unused condition. Unused includes not attaching a reel. The rod must be returned at the owners expense in 60 days for a refund. If the rod is returned in non-new condition, a refund will not be given.
Custom Wrapped Ice/Open Water Rods
All Custom Wrapped Ice and Open Water Rods are returnable within 60 days of receiving the rod if it is in new, unused condition. Unused includes not attaching a reel. All Custom Wrapped Ice/Open Water rod returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The rod must be returned at the owners expense in 60 days for a refund. If the rod is returned in non-new condition, a refund will not be given.
Personalized Ice/Open Water Rods
Any Personalized Ice/Open Water rod (rods with personalized writing on them) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
All Other Purchases
Return shipping is solely the responsibility of the customer.
If the purchased item(s) is defective or damaged upon receipt, or if the customer is not satisfied with a purchased item(s) and wishes to return it for a refund or replacement, the customer may return the item(s) to Tuned Up Custom Rods WITHIN 30 DAYS of the date of receipt of delivery of the purchased item.
All returns MUST INCLUDE original receipt/sales order along with a note or warranty form what is wrong with the item and the reason for a return.
All returned items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped by Palmetto State Armory and must be returned in original packaging.
The customer will be assessed a re-stocking fee up to 25% of the product sales price if the items
are not returned in resalable condition, as determined in the discretion of Tuned Up Custom Rods.
An Ice Rod/Open Water order maybe changed, but the due date will change. We will advise on how this impacts the delivery timeframe and is subject to extra costs if the rod is more expensive than the original order.
Shipping Times Due to the high seasonal/holiday order volume, shipping times will vary during the holidays. Non-holiday shipping is typically 5 days for your order to ship. This is separate from build lead times which are normally 4-5 weeks. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated per item.

In-Store Pickup
When placing the order please put in the comment section for in store pickup or call us to place and order. We will refund the shipping amount when the order is processed. Refer to our open store hours for pickup times as they may vary throughout the season.
