Built for a fight, the Daiwa® Procyon® MQ LT Spinning Reel is sure to give you an edge on the water! 1-piece MONOCOQUE (MQ) ZAION V® frame minimizes body and frame flex and supports the gears and bearings, allowing for increased torque and power while extending the life of the gears. Equipped with a dependable 7-bearing system (6CRBB and 1RB). The AIR ROTOR® delivers rigidity at high drag pressures with little flex, and it's extremely lightweight. This winning combo ensures less inertia while spinning the reel, so it's incredibly easy to crank the handle. Plus, a tubular AIR BAIL reduces weight even more while maintaining rigidity, so you get less flex and bending or breaking. Tough DIGIGEAR™ technology uses digitally cut gearing to create better gear meshing for maximum smoothness with little wear. Daiwa's distinctive Advanced Tournament Drag (ATD) instantly adds drag resistance when you set the hook, and when the fish starts pulling, the drag curve automatically returns to your prescribed setting. Long Cast ABS spool lets the line exit the reel at a much tighter cone-shaped angle, meeting the guide train with less resistance and force and alleviating wind knots. Machined-aluminum, screw-in handle for a sure grip.
